These are really cute elves. Unfortunately their attire was shoddy, poorly stitched and coming away. The girl hardly had any hair and looks like she has a burn mark in her head. I contacted WeRChristmas who responded quickly and after sending pictures they offered 20% discount but I didn't think that was enough. I would have kept them if they offered them at half price as I liked them. I'm not reordering in case they arrive in a similar condition so have ordered from a different website. Amazon customer service was great.
